Cracked Egg: Handling anxiety during a crisis
A zine/workbook chock full of tips and insights on how to deal with acute anxiety and panic during a crisis like COVID-19, written by Scout Boxall and illustrated by Elyce Phillips.
Drawing on the advice of chronically ill and anxious folks who find themselves thriving in these extraordinary times, Cracked Egg is a gentle, rough-around-the-edges, no-nonsense guide for anyone dealing with an uptick in their anxiety who wants to regain a bit of control and peace in their life.
This zine/workbook was made by settlers on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. This land was stolen. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
The proceeds from Cracked Egg will go to Switchboard, Victoria’s peer-driven support service for LGBTQIA+ folks, including phone and web counselling, which is under a tone of pressure right now. Find out more about their mission at switchboard.org.au/
